Our Process

What's the best way to contact you?

The best way is by phone 856-423-6499. Our front desk ladies can help with parts look up, schedule pick up and deliveries, sales and much more. Our staff is knowledgeable so even if you speak with a new person then the one you spoke with prior, they will have no problem assisting you. 

When can I drop off?

If you would like to drop something off for service, you do not need an appointment. Our drop off hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm and Saturday 8am to 11:30am ( We are closed Mondays in January and February). If your equipment is heavy or on wheels please leave it outside, we will come out and assist you. Please note, we do not work on PowerSmart products.

What is your turn around time?

As of 4/9/24, our turn around time is approximately 5 weeks.  We have our approximate repair time posted in the showroom so you will know the expected wait time.  Times may vary depending on availability of parts.

Where do I go?

Come in the front orange door to the green building.  You can leave your equipment outside while we get your information. 

We will tag it up and put it in the computer.  There is no claim check, we have everything in our system. 

Are you going to tell me the cost of the repair before you do it?

You may want an estimate before we do the work, which is fine! We collect a $35 estimate fee for handhelds and $50 estimate fee for all other equipment.  The estimate fee gets applied to your repair and deducted from the total.  The technician will call or text you (your preference) with an estimate. 

How does pick up work?

You can pick up your equipment once you get a call or text from the service manager that it is complete with the price.  We have a U-Shaped driveway so you can exit by going around the white house.  

Pick up and Deliveries 

We offer residential pick up and delivery for 2 stage snow blowers and ride on lawn mowers (zero turn and front engine tractors - we no longer service rear engine riders).  Pick up and delivery service is $65 round trip to zone 1, which is within 10 miles of Borrie's.  We are currently booking pick ups for April 18 (a few openings left) and April 25. Call us to book your pick up! Once you are on our schedule, we will text you the evening before (around 5pm) to let you know the approximate time we will be there. 

Preventative maintenance is the key to the longevity of your equipment!  We offer hydraulic pump service, gear box service, regular tune ups and any other maintenance recommended by your machine's user manual.  Doing these services as recommended by the manufacturer can save you money in costly replacements in the future.


We sharpen chain saw chains and riding and walk behind blades. We also sharpen hedge trimmer blades.  We get them back to you within a day or two.

Engine Replacement

We offer Honda, Kawasaki, Briggs & Stratton and Kohler engine replacements.  Contact us for a quote.  Please be sure to have  your current engine model, type and code ready as well as your equipment model and serial number.
